If you don’t get the image after connecting, it may be that the host computer failed to connect to the transit server. In that case, please close AnyViewer on the host computer and resend the control request. You can access any of your devices remotely using the AnyViewer app.

The download size of the software is around 41.5MB. The installation process is simple and quick. We tried the setup on Windows 10 64-bit, i7 processor, 16GB RAM laptop. It took only 1-2 minutes to complete the installation. After complete setup, it takes around 90.6 MB of storage space on your device. After installation, you will have to click on the “Enjoy Now” prompt to enter the application.

AnyViewer User Interface:

The user interface of AnyViewer is simple and easy to use. There are 4 tabs on the left side menu on the dashboard. In the top left corner, you can check the AnyViewer version that you are using. Make sure you are always using the latest version to enjoy all new features added by the AnyViewer team.

There are 4 tabs on the menu: Log In, Connect, Device, Settings. Let’s check all menus in detail:

1. Log In

You must have to create an AnyViewer account to use the software. Registration is free for all. Enter your name, email address, validation code sent to email, and password in the box and Click on Sign Up to create an account. Now you can log in from anywhere with this account to use AnyViewer software on your devices.

After logging in, you can see your name, email address, assigned devices, managed devices on the screen.

To activate the AnyViewer Pro plan, you have to put a 16-digit license code. For that, click on your username, it will show you 5 different options. Click on “Enter License Code” option and enter your 16-digit license code.

Now you’ll have an activated Pro plan of AnyViewer. You can see the expiry date of the plan, managed, and assigned devices on the dashboard.

To add other devices for remote access, you must also have AnyViewer on those devices and sign in to an account with them. You can change your username, password, or log out by clicking on the username, just like we did above while entering the license code.

2. Connect

From the “Connect” menu, you can set up and connect devices. There is a Device ID and Temporary Security Code provided to you on the dashboard. You can Accept Control by using this ID and giving the security code input.

On the right side, you have options to connect a device and Start Control. There is a box to give input for Partner ID, then you can select Remote Control or File Transfer option. Now by clicking on Connect button, you can connect with other devices and use the feature to remote control or transfer files.

3. Device

From the Device menu, you can see “My Devices”, your Currently Connected devices. The properties show detailed information about devices like operating system, storage space, etc.

4. Settings:

From the Settings menu, you can change different Unattended Settings, Change your security code, update Recipient, Controller, Security related as well as basic settings. There is also an option at the bottom to Reset All settings.

Apart from these four main menus, you can see horizontal three lines in the top right corner. After clicking on it, you will see different options including Help Center, Update AnyViewer, About AnyViewer, Feedback, and Invite Link. There’s also an option to Lock AnyViewer, Exit the application.
