Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay:
Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most exciting, in-depth, emotional and soulful, fun-to-play RPG games we have ever played. The game starts with character customization. Then you have to choose the game mode. There are 3 life paths to play: Nomad, Street Kid, Corpo.
These 3 life paths represent the nomadic groups outside the city, Night City’s teeming slums, and 2077’s small corporate overclass.
The story of the game is good. You play as a mercenary character named ‘V’. It takes some time to complete the intro and then you can go anywhere on the map of the Night City. You will understand the struggle of V and Johnny Silverhand in this intro.
Don’t assume it’s only shooting and fighting RPG game. Cyberpunk 2077 has a lot to offer! If you move quickly through the city, you might miss lots of rich content, beautifully presented conversations, dialogues, choices to make, and many other things!
Cyberpunk 2077 has a more traditional dialogue choice. You don’t need to press any button to interact with someone. It is just closest to mimicking human interaction in real life. Just go close to the person and start talking.
All characters are connected to each other. Your choices can change their future. This might come back in as an unexpected way in the future while playing the game. For example, your interaction with someone, conversation, or advice given to someone may turn into losing that person’s job later or change the outcome of the mission.
There are different types of missions in Cyberpunk 2077. Some of them are thrilling, dark while some of them are hilarious, funny, and also emotional.
The mission log is a little confusing as there are so many missions, quests, and no indication about tasks and their rewards. There are “Main Jobs”, “Side Jobs”, “Gigs” which offers different points, rewards and experience.
Every neighborhood has jobs to discover, random crimes to stop, local fixers and crime bosses contacting you for help.
You can use the gained points to invest in perks. There are categories like the body, intelligence, weapons, abilities, etc. You can use points to upgrade it. For example, you can invest points in intelligence to become a skilled hacker. Experience also increases your skills.
Cyberpunk 2077 Map, Vehicles, & Weapons
Cyberpunk 2077 map is huge and gives you unrestricted access to travel anywhere. The urban map has diverse Night City with corporate towers, slums, street markets, forests, deserts, and some greenery too!
Driving around all these places is an amazing experience. The skyscrapers, detailed in-world advertisements on buildings, neon lights at night are eye-catching and look stunning. There is a fast-traveling system and you can use it after unlocking new areas on the map.
Cyberpunk 2077 offers unique vehicles that perfectly matches the futuristic theme and the city around them. You can unlock more advanced vehicles by completing missions and quests. There are sports cars, motorcycles, executive cars, economy cars, heavy-duty vehicles, and many more types of vehicles.
There are unique weapons to use in combats includes guns, melee weapons, cyberware, cybernetic augmentations to simply point and shoot the enemy.
Cyberpunk 2077 PC Performance, Crashes, Bugs, Steam Update, and Fixes:
Even after taking so much time to develop the game, CD Projekt didn’t successfully launch Cyberpunk 2077 with a bug-free version and good optimizations. The performance of the game is average even on some RTX graphics cards and causes FPS drops. There are some bugs in the game. Do install the latest Game-Ready drivers for better optimization.
Gamers have to wait for patches and fixes. You can check Steam Updates here: Cyberpunk 2077 Recent Crash Fix, Patches, Updates.
Is Cyberpunk 2077 worth buying?
Cyberpunk 2077 has a stunning world with meaningful characters, cast, story. The missions, combats, side quests are really good and fun to play. There are lots of customization options for everything! Indeed, Cyberpunk 2077 lives up to its hype.
However, some bugs and crashes need to be fixed. So you should wait until the issues are resolved. Cyberpunk is promising, amazing game. It will be one of the most memorable game you’ll play as a gamer.
