Design & Display:
The OnePlus 8 has a 6.55″ 90Hz fluid display, Full HD+ resolution 1080×2400 pixels AMOLED screen. The aspect ratio is 20:9. Both smartphones have a punch-hole for the front camera near the top-left corner of the screen.

OnePlus 8 Pro has a 6.78″ QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1440×3168 pixels AMOLED screen with a 6.78-inch QHD+ resolution display. The aspect ratio of the screen is 19.8:9. Both models come with 3D Corning Gorilla Glass on top.
Both phones have an in-display fingerprint sensor and face-lock system security. OnePlus 8 Pro features an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. There is a punch hole for the front camera for both smartphones.
Audio Output:
These smartphones come with stereo speakers and a 3D listening experience with Dolby Atmos support. There is no 3.5mm audio jack.

OnePlus 8 Camera: This smartphone has a 48MP triple camera. The primary camera includes a 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor, f/1.8, 25mm (wide), 1/2.0″, 0.8µm, OIS. The secondary lens has 16 MP, f/2.2 aperture. The third lens has 2 MP, f/2.4 aperture for microphotography. You can record 4K videos at 2160p@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60/240fps.
The front camera is 16 MP, f/2.0, wide-angle lens, with Auto HDR feature. You can shoot videos at 1080p@30fps.
OnePlus 8 Pro Camera: Pro model comes with a 48MP quad-camera setup. The setup includes the main camera 48 MP, f/1.8, omnidirectional PDAF, Laser AF, and OIS. Secondary hybrid zoom camera – 8 MP, f/2.4, a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. Third ultrawide angle camera- 48 MP, f/2.2. Fourth color filter camera – 5 MP, f/2.4 for depth effects. You can record 4K videos at 2160p@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60/240fps.
The front camera for the OnePlus 8 Pro comes with 16 MP, f/2.5 aperture. You can record 1080p@30fps videos with the gyro-EIS system.

OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. Both smartphones are available in 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM variants.
Storage:
Both smartphones offer 128GB/256GB internal storage variants. The phones do not come with expandable storage.
Connectivity:
