New Galaxy M10 and M20 are ‘Value for Money’ budget Smartphones
Samsung has announced budget smartphones with its new M-series. This Samsung’s millennial-centric Galaxy M10 and M20 debut in India. For the first time, Samsung has added a notch for their phones. The Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 feature a waterdrop-inspired infinity-v display.
Both smartphones look similar but there are some differences. Let’s check out what’s the difference between Samsung Galaxy M10 vs Samsung Galaxy M20:
Display:
Samsung Galaxy M10 has a 6.22-inch HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. In Galaxy M20, it is bigger 6.3-inches with Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Both phones come with a tapered infinity-v waterdrop notch.
Camera:
Galaxy M10 and M20 come with a dual camera on the rear side. The dual camera consists of a 13MP primary lens with f/1.9 aperture and a secondary depth-sensing 5MP with f/2.2 aperture. M10 has a 5MP front camera and M20 has an 8MP front camera.
You can use a face-unlocking feature with a front-facing camera on both phones. Galaxy M20 has a fingerprint sensor on the back, whereas M10 misses out fingerprint option.
Performance:
Galaxy M10 comes with Exynos 7870 processor, an octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU. It is available in 2GB RAM with 16GB internal memory or 3GB RAM with 32 GB internal memory. Galaxy M20 comes with Exynos 7904 chipset and an octa-core Kryo CPU. It has a Mali-G71 MP2 graphics processor. The Galaxy M20 comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage or with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage options.
Battery:
Galaxy M10 comes with a 3,400 mAh battery, while the Galaxy M20 has a massive 5000 mAh battery. Galaxy M20 supports fast charging and comes with a 15W Type-C fast charge adapter in the box.
Price:
The starting price of the Samsung Galaxy M10 2GB RAM variant is ₹7,990. The Galaxy M20 3GB RAM variant price is ₹10,990. The 4GB RAM variant price is ₹12,990.
