Design & Display:

The design of the Valve Index is similar to other VR headsets in the market. On the front side, there is a glossy plastic faceplate above two front-facing cameras. There are 2 dials on both sides. With the left side dial, you can change the physical distance between the lens and the eyes. You can tighten or lose the headband with another dial.

If you have glasses, then you can not benefit from these settings. Because of glasses, it might not fit you and you will get a similar view like other VR headsets.
